Lunges – 2 Minutes; Wall Push Ups – 2 Minutes; Calf Raises – 2 Minutes

  • The Lunch Recess (12:30 p.m.) 10 Minutes:

Find anywhere to walk around jovially for part of your break.

  • The Post-Lunch Food Coma (2:00 p.m.) 5 Minutes:

Leg Squats – 2 Minutes; Standing Toe Touches – 1 Minutes; Wall Sit – 1 Minute;

  • The Longest Hour Ever (4:00 p.m.)  5 Minutes:

Sitting Fist Pumps – 2 Minutes; Lunges – 2 Minutes; Namaste Into Mindful Breathing – 1 Minute
